Reiki is a complementary therapy, it is a pure form of natural healing, a safe and simple healing method, which allows anyone to absorb more valuable life force energy so as to assist the receiver to ‘self-heal’.

The translation of the word is made up of two Japanese words put together. Rei, which means spirit, and Ki, which means energy, so it directly translates to “spiritual energy”. It is pronounced “Ray Key”.

The ancient Japanese healing technique of Reiki involves a Reiki master or practitioner who hovers or positions their hands on different parts of your body to infuse those parts with what is known as “life force energy” that flows freely through the master/practitioner and into your being.

I have been sending Reiki healing to others for a number of years. Reiki can be sent remotely all over the world and works as well as in-person. These beautiful healing energies can be facilitated to anyone or anything from anywhere and is only limited by your imagination. Reiki has its own extraordinary way of finding where the receiver will gain most benefit.

It is ideal for those that feel they would be overwelmed by a therapist looking over them.

Distance Reiki treatments can be sent as a one off session, daily, weekly or on going.
